A Sunderland Landmark
The Yard’s architectural style has made this building something of a Sunderland landmark since its construction in the early 1970s. Arranged over four floors, with spaces from 500 to 24,000 sq ft, The Yard has been skilfully updated thanks to £3.5m investment from North East based developer Hanro.
The building opened in December 2022, and features a business lounge, meeting rooms and a leisure space. It is a more affordable space for smaller, newer businesses who aren’t looking for huge HQ, but who want a flexible office with room to grow.
